Paraclete [par-a-clete]

noun

  1. an advocate or intercessor
  2. counselor, helper, and comforter

It's an unusual name for a law firm, and we chose it on purpose. A property loss doesn't just cost you money. It disrupts your home, your routine, and your peace of mind, often at the worst possible time. In that moment, most homeowners are facing a well-funded insurance company alone, trying to decode a policy that was written to protect the insurer, not the policyholder. That's where a Paraclete comes in, someone who stands beside you, speaks for you, and doesn't let you face the fight by yourself. At Paraclete Law Group, we take this role seriously. We're with you from the moment you file a claim through the final resolution, reviewing your policy, gathering the evidence to support a fair valuation of your damages, and pushing back when an insurer denies, delays, or undervalues what you're owed. If a fair outcome requires going to trial, we're prepared to take it there. Your insurance policy is a legal contract, and you're entitled to what it promises. You don't have to fight the insurance company on your own. You need a Paraclete.

Insurance-Side Experience, Working for You

At Paraclete Law Group, we know the process from the inside. Several of our attorneys spent years on the defense side, representing insurance companies and large firms before crossing the table to represent the people those companies are supposed to protect.

We're a boutique firm by design. That means fewer cases, more attention, and attorneys who know your name, not just your claim number.

Paraclete Law Group also represents tipped and hourly workers across Florida in claims for unpaid wages, withheld or pooled tips, unpaid overtime, and time worked off the clock. You don't need to know the law to know something felt wrong on your paycheck. That's what the free case review is for.

You Legal Team

Our attorneys bring together deep insurance-industry insight, litigation experience, and a genuine commitment to the clients they represent.
